Sundays
Worship Services
9:00 a.m. – White Chapel Sanctuary (October – May); Chapel in the Woods (June – September) This is a traditional service punctuated by hymns, piano, and vocal and bell choirs.
10:30 a.m. – Fellowship Hall – Contemporary Service – This is a modern praise-style service with band and video/slides projected for all to participate
Holy communion is served the 1st Sunday of each month.
Sunday School
- Sundays at 10:30 a.m. for adults – in the church Library – studies and lively discussion (adult Sunday School is on break until September 2023)
- Sunday school for children each Sunday – Children pre-K to 5th grade come to the 10:30 service and are dismissed to Sunday School classes after the children’s message
Nursery care is available for the 10:30 service.
Christian Study during the week
- Pastor-led Bible Studies
Mondays at 1:00 and at 7:00 p.m. – in the church Library
Small Group Meetings:
Hand Bell Choir Practice
Thursdays, 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – White Chapel Sanctuary
- Praise Band Practice – Our two bands practice on weekly schedules

- Community Breakfast
Every 3rd Saturday of the month, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Fellowship Hall
All-you-can eat! French toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, scrapple, tater tots, fruit cups, biscuits and gravy, coffee, and juice
11 and up: $8 per person
11 and under eat for free!

Boy Scout clean up day at Tick Nick Park
On Saturday, March 6, 2021, 10 parishioners from Magothy UMC and 11 Boy Scouts (from Magothy-sponsored Troop 1785) picked up approximately 450 pounds of trash at Tick Neck Park of Pasadena, MD!
